Comments from past students include:
The most helpful part of the program was `When I wrote my stories and Pam wrote helpful and instructive feedback on how to make our writing better’.
`I feel a lot more prepared and confident for the test …’
`I learnt about what grabs a reader’s attention and a variety of ways to help me plan.’
`Everything helped me with my confidence – I loved it!’
Comments from parents include:
`Benefits are long-term, not only for SHS but with all future Written Expression tasks which will be required on-going when they get to High School.’
`H’s main comment was that I have never been taught to write and now I know.’
`Our son’s written expression work appears to have improved quite a bit this week but most importantly, he doesn’t appear to be as daunted at the prospect of having to do such a task.’
Please note: This is a popular course and numbers are limited.
When the morning workshop has reached its limit, an afternoon time from 1p.m. to 3p.m. will be available.
